A B S T R C TELISA (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is a technique used to assessthe quantification of peptide, protein, antibody and hormone levels, basedon the principle antigen-antibody binding. In ELISA technique, antigenimmobilization will be carried out on solid surface, then bound withantibodies form an bond complex, where complex enzyme. The detection signal in formof color change formed due reaction between enzyme andthe substrate.
